Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team and support an up-tempo, creative environment for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer located in Northern VA. As a Graphic Designer, you will work in a dynamic production environment and will assist with defining customer requirements, developing solutions, and creating innovative production concepts. - Supporting the design and development of on-demand publications, digital graphic designs, and other relevant media
- Design graphics for conferences, forums, public displays, and promotional and marketing materials
- Design content for signage systems, digital advertising boards, digital message tickler boards, and Lucite holders to display hardcopy content
- Design publications, brochures, corporate identity collateral including logos and seals, coin design, presentation templates, exhibits, displays, posters and wall graphics, infographics, interactive pdf’s, presentations, and motion graphics
- Design graphic elements for use in video production in coordination with videographers
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with Poly
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 20 years related experience
- Demonstrated proficiency using cameras and related peripherals and experience in video recording
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver), CorelDRAW, and Microsoft Publisher, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, open source or proprietary production tools, content management systems, SharePoint, MS Project, Word, Excel, and Visio
- Some experience with or knowledge of video production (e.g., Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, grid-based design, white space, and color theory
- Experience with conceptualizing, designing, and creating highly effective graphics
- Excellent visual design and communication skills
- Up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
