- Design compelling and engaging visual assets using Figma/Illustrator.
- Create layouts for various applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Prepare assets for animation, including illustration layers, icons, and motion graphics elements.
- Resize and adjust graphics for optimal display across different platforms.
- Create digital banners for A/B testing
- Utilize advanced photo editing techniques in Photoshop to retouch images at an exceptional level, maintaining a natural and professional look.
- Prepare photos for use in video and graphic design projects.
- Work collaboratively with the team to edit ads.
- Recreate existing screens and UI for animation purposes.
- Assist with storyboarding and concept development for motion graphics projects.
- Advanced usage of ai-tools for content generation.
- Higgsfield, KlingAi, Midjourney, Gemini suite.
- JSON based prompting.
- Claude & OpenAI experience with skills and agents.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and source people photos, videos and music for projects.
- Manage and maintain a well-organized asset library.
- Adapt layouts and graphics for different countries, considering cultural sensitivities.
- Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Printing Materials:
- Design printed materials such as banners, stickers, and flyers in Adobe Illustrator.
- Print preparation of the files (raster images, fonts, bleeds, color modes etc.)

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator.

Skills Required
- Minimum 5+ years experience in graphic and motion design
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, photo editing, and AI usage
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
- Advanced photo retouching and image preparation skills in Photoshop
- Strong understanding of motion design principles and motion graphics preparation
- Advanced usage of AI tools (Higgsfield, KlingAi, Midjourney, Gemini) and JSON-based prompting
- Experience with Claude and OpenAI (prompting, agents)
