Grant Operations Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and submitting clear proposals, budgets, and supporting documentation
- Working closely with the Educational Development Sale Directors and Medical Writers and Strategists to develop the proposals/client -facing document and budget specs
- Preparing budgets to match to proposal specs
- Managing priorities to adhere to tight deadlines given by external partner organizations
- Maintaining accurate records throughout the process and documenting status within our project management tools
- Accurately uploading/submitting grant requests into online application systems
- Liaising with commercial supporters’ Grant Administrators to address any incoming questions, as needed
- Maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external clients
Skills/Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual. The candidate will also have:
- 1-2 years of pharmaceutical grant submissions (IME/CME) experience is preferred/ recommended
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and organize responsibilities in order to meet fixed deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and be a team player
- A keen understanding of budgets and comfort with math
- Strong analytic thinking and reasoning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - mandatory
- Superb attention to detail
- Comprehensive understanding and demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office and Google suite
- Willingness to partake in occasional travel
