Job DescriptionThe purpose of the job is to support the management of the Grant for the mapping of schistosomiasis and Soil Transmitted Helminthiaisis in Nigeria.
To negotiate and review all reimbursement requests for appropriateness, and ensure that partners are in compliance with established administrative and financial policies and procedures
Monitor all phases of grant agreements and close-out, including assessment of technical progress and performance
Provide financial oversight of the project grant
Ensure accountability of the fund process and to manage the grant systems in place according to MoUs and grant contract
Report funding income and expenditure in budget template, including complete month end review of performance related Income, monitoring usage of fund codes and supporting the year end reconciliation process.
QualificationsDegree in relevant Field( Social Sciences, Development Studies and Public Health Education) Preferably at MSc level and at least 5 years' experience in Grant Management ideally in an INGO environment
Experience of financial management, programme & project management, and administration
Experience of donor contract management preferable, especially EC, USAID and DflD funding
