Position Summary:

The Grants Project Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive coordination and oversight of all state and federal grant funding received by Adirondack Health. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with grant requirements, overseeing financial and programmatic reporting, tracking budget drawdowns, and maintaining accurate documentation to support grant administration.

Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS Degree in English, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or business.
  2. Two to four years’ experience in grant writing, including administration and accounting/reporting, or communications, fundraising or marketing for a not-for-profit community or health care organization, or equivalent education and experience, preferred.
  3. Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple grants simultaneously.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, auditing, and stakeholder engagement.
  5. Demonstrated competency in computer applications including all Microsoft Office products.
  6. Strong understanding of grant regulations, including Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and state-specific funding requirements.

Salary Range:

$35.00-$45.00 per hour
