• Track grant expenditures against approved budgets in collaboration with the finance team.
• Support the preparation of documentation for donor reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
• Identify and report potential compliance gaps to the supervisor.
• Assist with follow-up on corrective actions arising from audits or compliance reviews.
• Support the development and updating of organisational compliance tools and checklists.
• Maintain confidentiality of grant, financial, partner, and organisational information.
