Are you graduating in 2027 and eager to kickstart your career in management consulting? We’re looking for bright, curious graduates to join our team in Oslo.

What you’ll do

You’ll work closely with experienced consultants on a variety of client projects across industries such as private equity, technology, media and telecom, FMCG, retail, transport, and logistics.

Since we’re hiring for several roles, we need various profiles. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting strategy design and problem-solving at corporate, business unit, and functional levels
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights and test solutions
  • Developing innovative strategic solutions and presenting recommendations convincingly
  • Driving change processes and facilitating workshops with key stakeholders in Norwegian, Nordic, and global organisations
  • Applying new approaches to tackle complex, high-impact challenges

  • Want to shape the future of management consulting in Norway
  • Have strong communication skills and are fluent in English and Norwegian
