As a Graduate Employee Benefits Consultant, you will join a dedicated team focused on delivering tailored solutions for Marsh client portfolio. You will learn to support employee benefits administration, participate in client meetings, and collaborate with experienced colleagues to develop essential skills in insurance and consulting. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth through structured training and hands-on experience. This role is a fixed term position, for 2 years, with the possibility of extending the contract.
We will count on you to:
- Assist the team in managing client portfolios under supervision.
- Prepare documentation and materials for client meetings.
- Attend meetings and presentations as an observer, with progressive involvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and insurers to understand insurance solutions.
- Participate in training sessions to learn about employee benefits products and the insurance market.
- Support the analysis of client needs and the development of customized solutions.
Onboarding and Training Plan:
- Structured onboarding program during the first 3 months, including dedicated training sessions on employee benefits products and Marsh’s internal processes.
- Assigned mentor providing support and regular feedback.
- Participation in workshops and practical training to develop consulting and client relationship skills.
- Access to educational resources and e-learning platforms for knowledge enhancement.
- Periodic evaluations to monitor progress and set development goals.
What you need to have:
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience, holding a degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Insurance, or related fields.
