What you’ll do

  • Support engineering projects involving mechanical, electrical, automation, and control systems.
  • Assist with the design, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of equipment and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives and operational improvements.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare reports to support engineering and business decisions.
  • Participate in maintenance, commissioning, and implementation of mechatronic systems and technologies.
  • Perform inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, project records, and engineering reports.
  • Participate in training, mentorship, and development activities as part of the Graduate Development Programme.
  • Apply problem-solving and engineering principles to support safe, efficient, and innovative business solutions.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering. 
  • Strong understanding of engineering calculations. 
  • Ability to apply problem-solving and engineering principles in practical settings.

  • Experience or exposure to multidisciplinary engineering projects involving mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
