Job Description
- Assist in executing the recruitment plan to meet immediate staffing needs, ensuring a smooth administrative flow for high-volume hiring.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in acting as a point of contact for Hiring Managers to document specific staffing requirements.
- Act as a co-administrator for job requisitions ensuring all candidate data and statuses are accurately updated.
- Proactively identify potential candidates through the Company’s Global Website, referrals, and professional networks to build a diverse talent pool.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit; shadow senior recruiters during competency-based interviews.
- Undertake administrative tasks and special projects to support department goals.
Qualifications
Academic Status: Must be a 2025 Graduate.
Bachelor degree of Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or relevant field or equivalent.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both English and Arabic (written and verbal communication is essential). French is a strong plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
