Graduate Trainee Program Overview:
The Graduate Trainee Program aims to groom high-potential individuals, creating a future pipeline of technical and management resources within and across the region. This intensive 18-month rotational initiative is designed for undergraduates and graduates passionate about careers in the BioPharma and Life Sciences industries. It combines professional rotations with continuous coaching, mentoring, hands-on experience, and networking opportunities to optimize learning and growth.
Program Structure:
The Graduate Trainee will engage in a series of rotations providing comprehensive insights into the company and industry. Each rotation covers diverse business areas, applying both professional and academic experiences to foster all-around development in BPS Sales and Application Services, while deepening understanding of Sartorius’ business processes.
The Graduate Trainee will:
- Experience various BPS functions with rotational assignments lasting of 1-6 months each
- Drive and deliver dedicated projects with agility, focusing on SMART goals
- Participate in required training and evaluations to enhance learning
- Build strong networks to understand business and culture
- Integrate swiftly into different departments and teams for maximum learning and contribution
Required Background and Key Attributes:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Chemistry with good academic grades
- Strong interest in BioPharma and Life Sciences industries, with a desire to grow in an international environment
- Exhibits a positive attitude and proactive approach to challenges
- Demonstrates a strong enthusiasm for understanding our business, products, customers and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, thriving in dynamic environments
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration and relationship-building
- Embraces continuous learning and displays learning agility, seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth
