JOB DESCRIPTION:
KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE:
This program offers an accelerated pathway for trainees to develop their potential as future business talents in supply chain management. It emphasizes gaining hands-on experience across various critical aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and strategic planning. By focusing on process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and alignment with business goals, this program prepares trainees to make impactful contributions to organizational success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Supply Chain team with reporting of departmental objectives, KPI, etc.
- Perform data collection, spreadsheet creation, and data analysis.
- Assist Supply planning team with various forecasting and analysis as needed.
- Work on process improvement and cost efficiency project and deliver cost saving
- Other assignments in End-to-End supply chain operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Process Engineering with a strong academic performance (good GPA).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, rational thinking, a competitive drive, a sense of urgency, willing to win, and a positive attitude.
- Genuine passion for the Supply Chain industry.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulation, pivot tables, and data querying).
