Reporting to the Regional Marketing Operations Lead (APAC) and matrix into the Asso. Director (Marketing APAC), you will contribute fresh ideas, support marketing specialist tasks and projects, and develop practical skills across collateral creation, campaign execution, marketing operations, and project coordination. Job Summary
The Graduate Trainee – Junior Marketing Specialist will support the Channel Marketing, Marketing Specialists and Brand and Creative teams in the creation, maintenance, and delivery of marketing materials. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop expertise in marketing production, content execution, brand management, and campaign support.
The trainee will work closely with channel marketing and creative teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and updating marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, flyers, digital assets, and campaign materials.
- Update marketing documents and templates using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF tools and in some cases, InDesign.
- Support the creation of charts, infographics, and visual content for marketing initiatives.
- Assist with content formatting, proofreading, and quality assurance reviews.
- Ensure marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and approved templates.
- Support campaign execution and project coordination activities.
- Maintain marketing asset libraries and file management systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver marketing materials within agreed timelines.
- Learn marketing production processes, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Recent graduate and preferably up to 1 year of internship experience or academic projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in marketing, branding, and content production.

- Internship experience in marketing, communications, design, or related functions.
