Your Role
This program is a structured 12-month development initiative designed to fast-track your career through hands-on experience and mentorship from top-tier talent where you also play a crucial role in shaping the future of the PropTech industry. Based in Indonesia, you will contribute to projects impacting our Singapore and Indonesia market, providing exposure to cross-market AI strategies.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in the development and deployment of AI-powered features and tools for our real estate platforms, focusing on the Singapore market.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights that can be used to improve user experience and business operations.
- Experiment with and implement Generative AI models to create innovative solutions for content generation, data analysis, and user interaction.
- Collaborate with software and data engineers to integrate AI models into existing systems.
- Contribute to the research and development of new AI applications within the PropTech space.
- Evaluate and optimize AI model performance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is a strong bonus. However, we also value practical problem-solvers who are hands-on, fast learners, and self-driven. For example, someone who isn’t afraid to tackle a complex Excel formula or use tools like Zapier to create automation solutions for real-world problems.
- A minimum GPA of 3.50.
- Strong software or data engineering background is a significant plus. Please submit your GitHub profile or references to previous projects.
- Demonstrated experience using Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, image generation, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen sense of common sense.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python) and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
