Job Description:

As a Graduate Technical Author, you will work closely with our R&D, Design, and UX/UI teams to understand our technology and build strong relationships with subject matter experts. You will play a key role in creating high-quality technical content for customers, partners, and the wider Darktrace community.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week based in our Cambridge headquarters.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will support end users and create clear, engaging technical documentation for a range of audiences. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and external translators to ensure content is accurate and accessible globally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Writing, editing, and proofreading technical documentation

  • Curating content and liaising with translators to support multiple languages

  • Reviewing documentation and providing constructive feedback

  • Assisting end users by clarifying and improving technical materials
