The Role and Impact:
As a System Software Development Engineer, you will contribute to the creation, support and optimization of solutions spanning multiple layers of the software stack, ensuring the seamless operation of factory systems. Your work will directly impact Intel's ability to deliver industry-leading products, making you an integral part of the manufacturing process.

This position belongs to Intel Foundry Automation group, which focuses on implementing and supporting innovative solutions to enhance factory efficiency and product quality. The team works across Intel's global manufacturing network to support advanced technologies and ensure operational excellence, contributing to Intel's broader mission of delivering high-performance, world-changing products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical implementation and operational support for front-end factories' capabilities involved.
• Perform project work including Automation process and/or product hardening.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve system challenges and optimize manufacturing operations.
• Document processes, tools, and solutions, ensuring knowledge sharing across teams.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to manufacturing solutions.Qualifications:Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse global teams.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Foundational understanding on ITIL frameworks and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Powershell will be added advantages.
• Candidate is open to a min. one year contract-based role.
