The Role

Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Support Consultant to join our team providing support and consultative services to a wide variety of clients and internal communities.

The successful candidate will be delivering customer-centric support demonstrating technological expertise whilst communicating effectively with stakeholders of varying seniority.  Duties will also include growing and sharing within the team, supporting our Service Desk colleagues and being involved in pre-sales activities.  

This role will be situated within our Managed Services capability, but the successful candidate will be given opportunities to work with FSP’s other technical capabilities, allowing you to gain a variety of technical skills and experiences. 


Responsibilities

  • Acting as an escalation point to assist resolution on a wide range of incidents and service requests, when required, ensuring swift and effective resolution while meeting SLAs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 environments and custom applications
  • Take ownership of high priority incidents and coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and customers to drive timely resolution
  • Work as part of the wider FSP project team to support and deliver technical solutions to clients.
  • Produce technical artefacts including administration guides, knowledge-sharing articles and configuration documents to be used internally and externally.
  • Build, maintain and grow relationships with existing and new FSP clients.

About you

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
  • Passionate about technology and driven to keep up to date with new and evolving technologies
  • Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people
  • Able to assist in the investigation and resolution of problems
  • Due to the nature of this role, successful candidates may need to undergo security clearance. To be eligible for this role you must have lived in the UK for at least 5 consecutive years.
