Job DescriptionAs a Graduate STructural Engineer at KPFF, you will work on dynamic teams, collaborating directly with clients to deliver innovative solutions for some of the region's most complex and exciting projects. Supported by senior-level mentors, you will be empowered to make impactful decisions, grow professionally, and contribute to the team's success. Your role will involve applying engineering fundamentals, solving complex problems, and contributing to the design of high-quality structures.
In this position, you will:
- Work effectively in a team environment with open communication and support.
- Collaborate on the design and analysis of various structural projects.
- Utilize strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality results.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures (required).
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures (strongly preferred).
- EIT (Engineer in Training) certification (required).
- Previous engineering internship or office experience (preferred).
- Demonstrated knowledge of engineering fundamentals.
- Strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Logical and analytical thinking with outstanding research and information-gathering capabilities.
