During the Graduate Specialist program, you will spend 18-24 months in various individually designed job rotations in Canada and abroad. This program is designed to transition you into a full time role with, Bosch Rexroth after completion of the program, in a challenging specialist or project task within logistics. This program will allow you to lay the foundation for a successful career together.
What awaits you:
- 4-6 job rotations, one of which is potentially abroad: possible specialist departments include supply chain planning, purchasing, physical logistics, and logistics controlling.

Qualifications
You must have the desire to further develop the digitalization of logistics at Bosch Rexroth. You should be characterized by creative thinking and driving topics forward. In addition, you must bring the following with you:
- Bachelors Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management required, Masters and/or up to 3 years work experience preferred.
- Previous experience in challenging industrial internships or co-ops in the area of purchasing/supply chain
- Experience in Purchasing is a strong asset
- Exposure to projects in the area of digitalization and automation, highly preferred
- Knowledge of SAP and data analytics is a strong asset
- Entrepreneurial thinking, target and result orientation, structural approach, team spirit, analytical thinking skills and high commitment
- Proficiency in MS office suite, particularly excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
