Graduate Sales Operations Analyst – CRM Enablement & Process Improvement
Analog Devices is looking for an ambitious graduate to join the Sales Operations team, supporting a global sales and marketing organization of over 1,000 users. As a Graduate Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting, training, and enabling the sales organization through effective use of our CRM platform, while also helping to improve sales processes and workflows.
This is a tremendous opportunity to gain hands-on experience working at the intersection of sales, business processes, and technology, and to contribute to highpriority initiatives that directly impact sales effectiveness and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations teams, developing a strong understanding of how modern CRM tools support endtoend sales execution.
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
Support the day-to-day use and adoption of the CRM system by sales and marketing users
Assist with onboarding, training, and user enablement, including creating job aids, training materials, and simple howto guides
Act as a first-line support contact for basic CRM questions, issues, and usability feedback from the sales team
Collaborate with Sales Operations and IT to enhance CRM workflows, data quality, and sales processes
Help document current-state and future-state sales processes within the CRM environment
Support continuous improvement initiatives to simplify selling activities and improve user experience
Assist with basic reporting, dashboards, and data checks to support sales activities and management visibility
Gather feedback from users to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Work cross-functionally to support company-wide sales effectiveness initiatives
Skills & Attributes
Strong interest in sales operations, business processes, and CRM systems
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
Comfortable explaining tools and processes and supporting users with different levels of system proficiency
Detail-oriented with a structured, problem-solving mindset

Minimum Qualifications
Education: BS/BA Degree (Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field)
Experience: Internship, co-op, or university project experience in a business, systems, or technology-focused role
Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar)
Exposure to sales processes, customer lifecycle concepts, or sales reporting
Basic experience with Excel, Power BI, or reporting tools
Interest in process improvement, automation, or workflow design
Preferred Qualifications
Business, Operations, or Information Systems coursework
Interest in building a career in Sales Operations, CRM Enablement, or Revenue Operations

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $56,792 to $78,104.
