About the Role (your why)
The Graduate Sales Enablement Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, maintenance and administration of the Opportunity Sales Lifecycle, as well as supporting members of the Sales Team to manage their opportunities through the Sales Lifecycle. This role assists the business function by helping define the business processes related to sales, coordination and administrative support.
Role Responsibilities
The Sales Enablement Coordinator is responsible for (but not limited to):
- Supporting the development, maintenance and administration of the Sales Lifecycle
- Coordinating and administering the weekly sales forums for Market and ANZ,
- Managing and reviewing contract documentation against opportunities to ensure opportunity data aligns with contract documentation,
- Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning opportunities, contracts and the Sales Lifecycle,
- Working with Customer Partner Leads, Regional Sales Leads and Market Leadership to ensure their goals are achieved,
- Advising Market Leadership on matters relating to the Sales Forums and Lifecycle requiring attention and implementing their decisions,
- Collecting and analysing data on outcomes of Opportunities and the associated with the Sales Lifecycle,
