What you’ll be doing:
Making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to win recruitment projects
Sourcing and headhunting candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Writing compelling job adverts and managing applications
Running the full 360° recruitment process – from identifying vacancies to placing candidates
Creating engaging social media content to build your personal brand and attract talent
Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Attending client meetings both in the UK and internationally – trips include Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, USA
