We will count on you to:

• Understand client risks and support Senior colleagues in advising clients on insurance strategy solutions.

• Contribute with new ideas to improve Marsh’s approach with its clients.

• Conduct market researches, build sales presentations and developing sales proposals for prospects.

• Collaborate with colleagues to identify, evaluate and negotiate insurance carrier coverage policies to meet client needs.

• Support commercial teams in biddings and renewals.

What you need to have:

• Successfully graduated from a BA or BS.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish. Third language is a plus.

• Excel proficiency.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Growth mindset.

• Eager to learn from a different industry than what you’re normally used to.
