The Graduate Program in our Sales Department is designed to draw out the best in you, giving you wiiings and providing you with the opportunity to work to your strengths and realize your potential. This Program will give you the opportunity to see Trade Marketing and Key Account Management at 360° as you will rotate inside these functions. From day one, you'll have the freedom & responsibility to work on challenging projects and collaborate with other teams. You’ll also broaden your knowledge and gain insight into the business by taking on projects within Sales.

Job Description

Trade Marketing

Category Vision update.

Trade Activation ad hoc projects.

Reach Project expansion (distribution management).

Distribution Management

Working in sync with the specific Key Account Manager, advance our REACH agenda monitoring and driving both Horizontal and Vertical Distribution with key players.

Support Depletions implementation and run ad-hoc analysis.

Assess and expand relevance of Food Distributors

Key Account Management

Analysis and forecast on customer's growth opportunities.

Support the implementation and tracking of Red Bull’s sales strategy.

Reporting and prepare sales presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Economic or Trade Marketing area.
Relevant internship experience is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office appliactions. 
Good communication and presentation skills. Capable of communicating precisely and effectively with internal stakeholders.
Problem solver, target focused and able to manage deadlines
Self-motivated, curious, able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment and to demonstrate a strong reliable attitude.
Fluent in English (written, spoken).
