Company Description
As the Product Management Graduate, you will collaborate with Red Bull's Digital Products & Services team by contributing to award-winning apps; Red Bull TV, Wings for Life World Run, Can You Make It, etc. This role offers hands-on experience within a cross-functional team, providing foundational skills in design and development while contributing to innovation within Red Bull's digital ecosystem. You will evaluate product opportunities, gather and refining product requirements, and leverage the product development lifecycle to transform ideas from concept to production.
Job Description
COLLABORATION
Contribute to brainstorming sessions with the Product Design team to define user experiences and user journeys
Work with Product Managers to prioritize projects and resources
Collaborate with designers, developers, and Quality Assurance managers to manage workflows
Present proposals and achievements to internal and external stakeholders, including international teams
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE
Influence team members to guide features and products through the product development lifecycle
Create, develop, and pitch business cases for new initiatives
Help prepare pitches for upcoming projects
Conduct Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to select vendors
RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
Research qualitative (e.g. app reviews) and quantitative analysis (e.g. A/B Testing) to inform product recommendations and decisions
Support Quality Assurance efforts to ensure that products are working as intended; investigate and prioritize production issues
DOCUMENTATION
Map out user journeys to capture and account for user experiences
Write product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories used by Product Design, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams
Qualifications
Demonstrated excellence in academic achievements
Proven track record of pursuing personal passions and extracurricular accomplishments
Strong communication and organization skills
Bachelor's degree (to be completed by July 2025)
Passion for design, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking
Foundational understanding of coding is a plus
Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
Additional Information
The salary for this position is $80,000
