The Graduate Program in our Operations Department is designed to draw out the best in you, giving you wiiings and providing you with the opportunity to work to your strengths and realize your potential. This Program will give you the opportunity to see Operations at 360° as you will rotate inside the function. From day one, you'll have the freedom & responsibility to work on challenging projects and collaborate with other teams. You’ll also broaden your knowledge and gain insight into the business by taking on projects within the Operations departments.
Job Description
Demand & Supply
Support the S&OP process.
Planning Supply of a share of the portfolio.
Monitor volumes/stock level.
Running an analysis and propose a process to improve forecasting accuracy of a specific part of the portfolio.
Customer Service & Logistics
Review specific aspects of the Order to Cash process.
Review Customer Service documentation on processes.
Support the analysis of customers’ orders and propose improvements.
Procurement
Support spending analysis.
Create dashboards on Procurement KPIs and provide analysis.
Participate to a sourcing project.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in STEM area.
Relevant internship experience is a plus.
Good MS Excel knowledge.
Good communication and presentation skills. Capable of communicating precisely and effectively with internal stakeholders.
Highly analytical and ability to quickly identify risks & impacts.
Fast learner and problem solver, target focused and able to manage deadlines.
Self-motivated, curious, able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment and to demonstrate a strong reliable attitude.
Native italian. Fluent in English (written, spoken).
