About the Program
Join our Graduate Program as an Operations Specialist during an exciting transformation phase, as we move from manual processes towards more efficient, customer‑centric operations. You will support the harmonisation of operational processes to help deliver a smooth and consistent customer experience.
What You Can Expect
- Career Path: Start with a permanent contract from day one. Over 12 months, you will complete two rotations across departments before transitioning into a landing role where you can continue to grow.
- Training & Development: Access project management training designed to strengthen your ability to lead and deliver results. You will also explore a wide range of learning opportunities through our Digital PayTech University to keep building your skills and knowledge.
- Impact & Networking: Contribute to real business solutions and expand your network by working alongside talented colleagues and senior leaders from across Europe.
Who We’re Looking For
- You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate in 2026, ideally in Engineering or a Technical field, or a related discipline.
- You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
- You have initial experience, ideally gained through structured work or internships in consulting or another relevant field.
- You are curious, proactive, and comfortable coordinating and driving improvements.
- You are based in Switzerland and fluent in English (mandatory) and either French or German.
- You bring international exposure through studies, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment.
- You are available to work full‑time and can start within the next three months.
- You have the legal right to work in Switzerland (e.g. residency or visa).
