Our Graduate Program is more than a learning path, it's a journey where you will work on real business cases and have a direct impact on business results.
What Can You Expect?
• Career Path: Start with a permanent contract from day one. Over 12 months, experience two rotations across departments and transition into a landing role where you can continue to grow.
• Training & Development: Receive a well-structured, dedicated Project Management training program, tailored to strengthen your ability to lead projects and deliver results. Plus, gain access to a wide range of learning opportunities through our Digital PayTech University, empowering you to continuously build your skills and expand your knowledge.

Who are We Looking For?
If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply:
• You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a master’s degree in Engineering, STEM disciplines, Business, or related fields, and are available to work full-time.
• You are fluent in English and Norwegian.
• You bring international experience, whether through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment.
• You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
• You have the legal right to work in Norway (e.g., residency, visa).
• You are committed, curious, and eager to take ownership of projects while thriving in a team environment.
• You see formal training as just the beginning and aim to make a difference in everything you do.
