Our Graduate Program is designed for ambitious students graduating in 2026 who want to transition into the professional world with hands-on experience, mentorship, and a structured career path. You will be involved in real projects from day one, collaborating with experienced engineers in a dynamic and innovative environment. This program offers exposure to multiple engineering disciplines and long-term career opportunities within Verisure.
About the Roles
We are looking for three talented graduates to join our R&D teams in Malmö:
Visual Security Engineering (2 positions)
- One graduate will focus on Product Test Automation, Scripting, and Data Analysis to improve and streamline testing processes (M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
- The other graduate will work with Hardware Testing, Test Environments, Power Analysis, and related tasks (M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field).
Mechanical Engineering (1 position)
- As a Junior Mechanical Engineer, you will support mechanical processes as well as the development and testing of new and existing consumer products. This role requires a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.

• Be graduating in 2026 with a relevant master’s degree (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar).
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be motivated to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Have good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Be proactive and structured in your approach to work.
