More about our mission and what we offer.
Job DescriptionAt Wise, we have a clear mission - money without borders. Built by and for people who live global lives. We’re at a genuinely exciting time when building more transparent and convenient ways to pay and get paid have never been more important in achieving that mission. You’ll be part of Wise’s global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system. Because people without borders need money without borders.
Your mission:
You'll be mentored by several Product Design team members at Wise, collaborating with other Wisers and fellow grads on cross-functional projects. We plan our focus areas every quarter, and your mission will be mapped out with your lead. You’ll have plenty of room to grow and help to define your scope.
You will:
- be a part of the Screening team, part of Wise’s Financial Crime unit. The team provides the necessary technology and tooling to screen customers and transactions, ensuring bad actors are kept off Wise.
- primarily design software experiences for Wise’s internal agents to more effectively investigate and handle cases across a variety of financial crime risk domains. You will also design customer facing flows for Wise’s customers impacted by investigations.
- explore the opportunities and risks of infusing LLM-based AI into the human-led investigation caseflow, and you will design and implement the most promising opportunities.
What does it take? These things are a must:
You are graduating in 2026 or 2027 from a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design/Design Management, Project/Program Management, Creative Production, Operations, Organisational Psychology or similar.
You are able to start a full time graduate job in September 2027 and are eligible to work in London
Strong systems thinking skills and experience designing complex software and internal tooling with high content density
Focus on UX interaction design, workflow optimization, and solving complex problems for internal and outsourced agents rather than consumer-facing minimalism
You have a portfolio demonstrating solid UX craft, clear problem-solving rationale, and end-to-end design thinking
You’re able to clearly communicate and rationalise your decisions to other team members
You’re curious about learning from user research, feedback, and iterating on your work
For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive.
We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences.
Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
