Our program focuses on developing talented graduates to help us deliver tomorrows high-tech solutions. Over the 18 months you will engage in on-the-job training, mentoring, a graduate project and structured learning modules.

Our Team

Our Protected Vehicles team works closely with clients to design, manufacture, maintain and upgrade protected vehicles that keep people safe, all around the world. Our state-of-the-art workshops are set up to help us deliver Hawkei and Bushmaster military vehicles to strict defence standards – and set our people on rewarding career paths.

• Help to design, develop and validate components and systems for our defence vehicles

• Interpret our customer requirements and provide design solutions to vehicle assembly documentation

• Provide feedback and improvement suggestions

• Undertake learning and training activities to develop skills and experience as a Graduate Engineer

Your Experience

What we value most from our graduates is a willingness to learn and the confidence to offer solutions, however the below will also come in handy

• This role is located in Eagle Farm

• Recently degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automotive or Industrial Engineering

• A true desire to work in a diverse team towards a common goal

• Australian Citizenship to be eligible for security clearance
