Job Description

Your Responsibilities

You'll apply chemical and process engineering principles to real projects. You'll see how process decisions connect with safety, performance and wider designs, while developing confidence to contribute your own ideas.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Support process design, analysis, optimisation and engineering assessments. 

  • Prepare process calculations, datasheets, flow diagrams and technical reports. 

  • Contribute to requirements definition, design reviews and technical assurance. 

  • Work with mechanical, EC&I, safety and project teams to manage interfaces. 

  • Help identify process risks, constraints and opportunities for improvement.

We’re looking for graduates who:

  • Have, or expect to achieve, a degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a closely related discipline. 

  • Are curious, motivated to learn and ready to put ideas into practice.

  • Can think logically, solve problems and pay attention to detail. 

  • Are excited by the opportunity to build a career on complex projects. 

Additional Information

Eligibility Requirements:

To join our Graduate Scheme, you must be a UK sole national and a UK resident, as this is required for the type of work we do. You’ll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance.

As part of the programme, you should also be willing to relocate or travel within the UK, and we’ll provide relocation support where needed.
