Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise and guidance around institutional and specialty accreditation
  • Assist clients with writing grants to secure funding for GME programs
  • Give continual guidance post accreditation to continue sustainable programs
  • Assist clients in preparing for institutional and specialty site visits
  • Help create/model clinical rotations to emphasize specialty best practices
  • Work as a member of the GME team to collaborate on document creation, proofreading and editing, rewriting and standardization of documents, interacting with clients on follow-up items, etc


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field; Master's Degree preferred
  • 3- 5 years experience in graduate medical education with prior consulting or coordinator experience
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with and communicate with clients and staff
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel to client sites - 30%

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate's unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $60,000.00 to $99,000.00. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
