We’re looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our team!

Working with an energetic and high-performing team, this position offers exposure to a wide variety of building projects and will provide opportunities to:
- Assist with the design of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.
- Support the preparation of engineering calculations, equipment selections, and design documentation.
- Develop drawings, schedules, and technical specifications using industry-standard software tools.
- Participate in field investigations, site visits, and construction support activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical and sustainable building solutions.
- Learn and apply building codes, standards, and engineering best practices.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Strong interest in building systems design, including HVAC, plumbing, energy, and sustainability.
- Understanding of engineering fundamentals including thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and energy systems.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit, with the ability to assist in the development of building system drawings and BIM models.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and field assignments.

Salary Range: $72,000 - $74,000 based on experience and location.
