Nothing exists to make tech feel exciting again.
Founded in London in 2020, we’ve grown from idea to global challenger in just a few years. Backed by GV (Google Ventures), EQT Ventures, and C Ventures, and investors like Tony Fadell (iPod), Casey Neistat, and Kevin Lin (Twitch), we’re now sold in 40+ markets with millions of users worldwide.
The Marketing team at Nothing is a small, independent group of creators who move fast to build something better. We don’t do legacy tech marketing; we focus on making tech feel exciting and fun again. Currently, we are solving the challenge of maintaining a human, challenger-minded voice while scaling our global presence across smartphones and audio. You’ll be joining a team that values sharp, direct communication and prioritises action over corporate filler.
What You'll Do- Scale our online presence by merchandising products, managing CRM flows, and optimising Product Detail Pages to drive global performance.
- Build and maintain media relations by crafting sharp press releases and managing product sampling for the world’s most influential outlets.
- Create short-form content and snappy captions for our social channels, tracking performance to see what truly sparks emotion with our audience.
- Launch operational workflows within the Production team to streamline Marketing Operations across different functional areas.
- Support Product Marketing strategies for our Audio and Smartphone categories, ensuring our technical specs are accessible and useful to everyone.
- Foster a worldly community by engaging in direct conversations on our platforms and planning events that bring our supporters together.
- Research cultural trends and coordinate with Talent Relations to ensure the brand stays at the heart of what’s buzzing online.
- A pragmatic creator who takes full ownership of their work and doesn't wait for a consensus to start building.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on British English and a distaste for corporate jargon or buzzwords.
- A sharp eye for design and detail, ensuring everything from a LinkedIn one-liner to a PDP is polished and expressive.
- The ability to move fast in a startup environment, managing multiple tasks across PR, Social, and eCommerce without losing momentum.
- A human-first approach to marketing that prioritises warmth, optimism, and clear points of view over generic "CEO-speak".
- An analytical mindset that finds it useful to dig into insights and reporting to show, rather than tell, what is working.
- A culturally aware individual who is passionate about how tech can inspire people and change their daily experiences.
We build better tech by moving fast. That speed demands direct collaboration and shared creative energy. We believe the best work happens when we're together. -Location: London (Kings Cross & Farringdon offices). -Working Pattern: This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days a week). We move fast, and that means being physically present. We design flexibility around personal needs, but we focus on the magic that sparks when we’re all in the same room. -Commute: We ask that you live within a 60-minute commute of your home office location.

What We Do
Today, we’re left with just a few large incumbents. Lacking instinct and courage, they use research and analysis as crutches to make cold, unexciting and derivative products. Consumers are bored, no longer inspired by technology and instead feel uneasy about big tech and its impact on people's lives and society. Nothing is igniting change in the world. We’re here to make tech fun again, unleash creativity, and inspire our community to shape the future with us. About us: Nothing is a UK-based privately held company with backing from GV (formerly Google Ventures), EQT Ventures, C Ventures and other private investors including Tony Fadell (Principal at Future Shape & inventor of the iPod), Casey Neistat (YouTube personality and Co-founder of Beme), Kevin Lin (Co-founder of Twitch) and Steve Huffman (Co-founder and CEO of Reddit
