If you’re a recent graduate with a passion for events, communications, and marketing meaningful experiences, this is your opportunity to join a high-performing team that shapes the future of medical education.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of how we bring our marketing and education programs to life - working on nationally recognised events, partnering with industry experts, and gaining hands-on experience from day one.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with Industry Leaders: Work closely with Product and Marketing Managers, as well as external partners, to deliver high-quality events that drive engagement and meet organisational goals.

  • Own Venue & Vendor Management: Research venues, conduct site visits, liaise with vendors, and support contract negotiations. You’ll keep logistics running smoothly from concept to completion.

  • Manage Budgets & Timelines: Create and maintain event timelines, task lists, and budgets. You’ll monitor progress, solve problems proactively, and keep everything on track.

  • Use Leading Event Technology: Build registration sites, websites, surveys, and comms using our event management platform (e.g., CVENT). Full training provided.

  • Coordinate Event Logistics: Handle travel bookings, group accommodation, transfers, and onsite logistics—always ensuring compliance with company standards.

  • Drive Communications: Draft and execute communication plans, including invitations, reminders, event updates, and post-event feedback.

  • Support Continuous Improvement: Analyse event feedback and identify opportunities to refine and elevate future experiences.

What you need:

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in event planning, coordination, or project management.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in event management platforms (e.g., CVENT) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Budget management experience and a strong understanding of event logistics.

  • Commitment to upholding brand integrity and delivering high-quality, client-focused events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Work for one of the world’s most respected Medtech companies.

  • Meaningful work that contributes to better healthcare outcomes.
