About the Role:

In this exciting role, you’ll support our marketing team by taking the lead on managing product information, coordinating marketing activities, and developing customer engagement programs. Your contributions will help us stay at the forefront of innovation and develop impactful marketing strategies that add value for our customers and consumers. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of marketing and product management.

You’ll help keep our product information up-to-date and accurate across different platforms and assist with product certifications and updates. You’ll also support marketing projects, coordinate team meetings, and help process financial documents.

Working on customer engagement initiatives, you’ll create and track digital programs to see how effective they are. Plus, you’ll get to collaborate with design agencies and sales teams to develop marketing materials and organize events. You’ll even have the chance to contribute to sustainability projects and other corporate social responsibility activities.

What You Will Do:

• Support product managers and take ownership of our online product information.

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed. 

• Work with graphic design agencies and sales team to execute marketing communications.

• Manage brochure updates and reprints. 

• Manage small trade shows in co-operation with relevant sales team members.

• Update marketing content on media fly sales tool. 

• Contribute to our sustainability leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

• Develop and execute digital engagement communications programs for key segments.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• A collaborative mindset, with experience working in teams to achieve positive outcomes.

• Exceptional attention to detail and high work standards.

• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Optimistic, adaptable, and enthusiastic about making a difference.

• Digital marketing experience, including social media, email marketing, and website management desirable but not essential
