Over the course of 18 months, you will get to know various business areas and build up comprehensive knowledge for your target function as a Business Manager in the Management Office of the CEO Austria . As part of the program, you will complete rotations in the Projects, Processes & IT Services (LGT Austria) and Data & Innovation (LGT Liechtenstein) departments. At the same time, you will expand your professional know-how and develop your social and personality skills through seminars – such as the onboarding week in Liechtenstein – and the exchange with internal and external experts. Another highlight is the two-week seminar in Singapore, where you will gain insights into Asian private banking and work on a joint project.
Throughout the program, you will be accompanied by an experienced mentor and have the opportunity to get involved in a social project in line with our sustainable corporate philosophy. This is how you build your network and lay the foundation for your long-term career at LGT.
