Role Overview
As a Graduate Implementation Specialist, you will be part of our Implementation team, assisting in the deployment and configuration of our cutting-edge financial advisory software for clients. This role is designed for graduates with a keen interest in financial advisory and investment management, who are excited to develop skills in software implementation, project management, and client engagement.
Throughout the program, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting implementations, learning to configure software solutions according to client requirements, and helping to ensure seamless adoption and utilisation. Our goal is to offer permanent employment to graduates who excel and demonstrate their potential during this 12-month program
Accountabilities & Deliverables
Software Implementation and Configuration:

Assist in configuring and implementing wealth management software to meet client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with company standards and industry best practices.

Document configuration processes and best practices to support smooth, successful deployments and ongoing use.
Client Communication and Relationship Building:
-
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and communicate the implementation process, ensuring they are informed and supported at each step.

Provide consistent, clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, addressing questions and assisting with troubleshooting as needed.
Change Management and Adoption Support:

Support change management initiatives to help clients adopt and make full use of our solutions, contributing to user training and ensuring maximum value from the software.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Support, and Sales, to refine and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
Post-Implementation Support:

Participate in post-implementation activities to resolve any issues that arise, ensuring stability and satisfaction with our solutions.

Be a proactive participant during high-priority incidents, contributing to rapid and effective responses to support client needs.
Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing:

Stay up-to-date with product developments and industry knowledge, sharing insights with the team to enhance collective expertise.

Contribute to internal training, mentoring, and process improvement initiatives, reinforcing best practices and developing your own expertise.
Qualifications and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (required)

A demonstrated interest and understanding of financial advisory, investment management, and project management (preferred)
