What You’ll Be Doing
- Support day-to-day operational tasks related to user quality management, including data tracking and reporting of key user metrics
- Work with cross-functional teams (data, product, and risk control) to help optimize processes and improve efficiency
- Perform periodic reviews of business operations and user strategies
- Conduct research on industry trends and market dynamics to support risk control strategies
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or Python is a plus).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
