Having developed skills, experience, and proficiency with Adobe apps in Creative Cloud, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Articulate storyline we invite you to apply and contribute to the development of innovative and impactful learning experiences joining our dynamic Lean Office Learning team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually engaging learning materials while incorporating elements that align with branding guidelines and Lean office strategy.

In this role you will work closely with the learning leaders who are responsible for developing, creating, and launching global standards and content to support our curriculum. It will involve engaging internally within the Lean Office to ensure we have consistently excellent Lean learning across the organization and will involve creating and updating programs to established standards. The role enables the GE HealthCare Lean Office team to execute on their operational goals, driving a lean mindset into the organization and set the business up for success as we move through our lean transformation journey.
The role is may be office based in the UK or remote as part of a remote global team and provides excellent opportunities to further grow and develop skills connected to global programs.

Job DescriptionKey responsibilities/essential functions include:

  • Collaborate with Lean office team and Learning leaders to understand learning needs and objectives to design engaging and interactive learning materials.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and impactful learning materials using various tools, with a focus on Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, storyline, etc.).
  • Create and customize e-learning modules using Articulate Rise 360.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Work autonomously and as part of our team to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve learning content.
  • Develop creative assets for promotional materials related to learning programs.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and e-learning technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency and experience in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Articulate Storyline.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage concurrent learning projects, effectively and autonomously within timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
  • Ability to adhere to branding guidelines and ensure standards are followed.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Lean office team.
  • 6-12 months post graduate experience.

Highly desired:

  • Develop and customize e-learning modules using Articulate Rise 360.
  • Create interactive scenarios and courses using Articulate Storyline.
  • Produce visually appealing and effective designs, including sketching storyboards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
