- Year 1: Explore Your Potential: Gain diverse experience through rotations in various clinical settings, including: Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedics, Cardiology, Oncology, Rehab, Neurology, ENT, Urology and Endocrinology
- Year 2: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

Qualifications- Have completed or are on track to complete your Diploma of Nursing
- Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse by February 2027
- Hold valid Australian work rights.
- Applicants will be required to complete and meet Ramsay’s immunisation requirements.
