Westmead's Graduate Program is a structured pathway that supports your transition from graduate to confident, skilled practitioner. Our program is delivered over two distinct stages;
- In Year 1, you will gain hands on experience through rotations, across medical/surgical, oncology, perioperative, maternity, and critical care settings. You will explore your potential, build foundational clinical competence, discover your areas of interest, and receive a Graduate Program Certificate of Completion at the end of the year.
- In Year 2, you will focus your expertise by tailoring your development to your chosen specialty and career direction. You will consolidate your clinical skills and have access to Commonwealth supported postgraduate study opportunities to deepen your professional development.

Qualifications- Have completed or are on track to complete your Diploma of Nursing
- Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse by February 2027
- Hold valid Australian work rights.
