Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Assist senior engineers in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of various engineering projects and systems.
* Conduct research and gather data to support engineering analyses and problem-solving.
* Participate in the execution of technical tasks, including drafting, calculations, simulations, and report generation.
* Learn and apply company standards, procedures, and best practices in engineering methodologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
* Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues under supervision.
* Document technical activities, progress, and results accurately and comprehensively.
* Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and professional skills.
Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field) from an accredited institution.
* Strong academic record with a solid understanding of fundamental engineering principles.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., CAD, simulation tools) is a plus.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
* Prior internship or project experience in an engineering field is advantageous but not required.
