Key Responsibilities
- Learn manufacturing and packaging processes by working with experienced team members.
- Show a positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different work environments.
- Support process studies, time studies, and improvement projects to enhance plant performance.
- Assist in solving technical and operational problems with guidance from senior engineers.
- Review production and packaging documents, identify gaps, and support document updates.
- Support projects to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, increase yield, and minimize waste.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in production, material flow, and work processes.
- Support the Quality Control team in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Communicate effectively with production teams, support functions, and project stakeholders.
- Complete all assigned technical, safety, quality, and professional training programs.
- Gain hands-on experience by rotating across different plant functions and departments.
- Assist in engineering and improvement projects under the guidance of mentors and supervisors.
- Protect company confidential information and intellectual property.
- Accept feedback positively and prepare a personal development plan to build technical and professional skills.
- Maintain accurate records of training, learning milestones, and project activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering,
- Fresh graduates (2025/2026 pass-outs) or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering fundamentals.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and across different plant functions.
