The Position provides Support and co-ordination for smooth process of sales enablement and order fulfilment by addressing the customer enquiries, best practices, sales process improvements, order triage, order placing, shipment support, AR support and continuous improvement.
This position to be in Bangalore Office Full Time
Key accountabilities of this position are:
Internal Sales Support:
- Preparation of Base bid for customer enquiries.
- To deliver quotation in a timely manner.
- Preparation of quotation revision during sales stages and project negotiations.
- Supporting the organization to follow the sales process.
- Order triage once an order is received. (comply submittal and purchase order, commercial verification etc.)
- Preparing proforma invoice for advance payment.
- Order Acknowledgment
- Co-ordinating with RSEC for Value proposition quotes.
- Co-ordination with cross functional departments for Vendor registration.
- Compliance forms support for customers
- AR follow up.
- Supporting salesperson with ensure capacity utilization and process optimization.
- Shipment support. Follow up for dispatch clearance and PDC.
- Creating the Opportunities in CRM and collaborating with Application Engineering.
Role Requirements:
Required :
- Engineering Degree, preferably in Mechanical and Electronics.
- Knowledge of customer service
- Knowledge of HVAC Product and process.
- Strong, team-oriented leadership skills with presence and a bias for action.
- Able to work in UK / US time zones.
- 0 to 1 Years working experience.
Desired :
- Knowledge of CRM
- Basic knowledge of tax structure
- Manage quick turn around time.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles, general practices,
- Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations.
- Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and a focus on results.
