Job Description
Graduate Engineer Trainee - HRAs a GET, strive to create value across HR technology initiatives such as automation, analytics, system integrations, project implementation, applications, and data management.Division: Central Partner Functions
Preferred Skills:
•Basic knowledge of Python and Machine Learning concepts
•Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flow
•Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office tools
•Knowledge of data analysis, MIS reporting, and dashboards
•Understanding of databases and data management concepts
•Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
•Good communication and collaboration abilities
•Exposure to enterprise applications or ERP/HRMS platforms is an added advantage
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
•Support automation, reporting, and analytics initiatives across business applications
•Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights
•Assist in data management, structuring, governance, and compliance activities
•Support API-based integrations, system maintenance, and enhancement projects
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital and technology initiatives
•Assist in upkeep, maintenance, and support of HR systems
