We are looking for motivated young engineers to join our Graduate Engineer Program, designed to develop future specialist and leaders in our production operations in Veliko Tarnovo.
Job DescriptionOver a period of 2 years, participants will go through a structured rotation plan across all key departments of the plant – including raw material management, mechanical maintenance, electrical systems, production processes, laboratory tests and quality.
Qualifications- Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Forestry
- Strong motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic industrial environment
- Analytical competences and proactive attitude
- Team player with powerful communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent command of English and / or German
