We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Engineer – Industrial to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to apply their academic knowledge in a practical construction environment while contributing to the success of major industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications on construction sites
• Support senior engineers in conducting site-based assessments, productivity analysis, and logistical planning
• Assist in tracking materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient site operations
• Participate in the review and improvement of construction workflows and resource allocation
• Conduct field inspections to verify progress, equipment setup, and adherence to industrial engineering standards
• Help implement lean construction and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency
• Collaborate with construction, procurement, and planning teams to optimize site processes
• Prepare reports, charts, and data analysis to support site decision-making and performance tracking
• Assist in developing and updating site procedures and best practices
• Stay informed on construction industry trends, tools, and methodologies relevant to industrial engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential
• Strong understanding of quality, safety, and compliance requirements in construction and industrial site environments
• Proficiency in basic engineering calculations and analytical problem-solving
• Familiarity with construction equipment setup, site logistics, and inspection procedures
• Experience or exposure to project documentation, material tracking, and workflow optimization
• Understanding of company procedures and project delivery processes in industrial construction
• Exposure to relevant software tools, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and simulation software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a dynamic, site-based environment
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with engineers, planners, and site supervisors
• Innovative thinking and willingness to contribute fresh ideas to improve efficiency and execution
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, construction methods, and industry trends
• Basic understanding of lean construction or lean engineering principles (preferred)
• Relevant internship or field training experience in construction or industrial projects (preferred)
