The Opportunity:
The SJ Graduate Development Program (GDP) in the KSA is a two-year immersive journey designed to propel your career in the built environment across engineering and infrastructure.
Through structured training, hands-on experience, mentorship, and cross-functional rotations, you’ll gain expertise in technical skills, digital fluency, business acumen, and leadership development.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders, engage in real-world projects, and build a strong foundation for a successful career.
Over the two years, you can expect to:
- Work on real-world projects and contribute to live infrastructure, engineering, and sustainability projects that shape cities and communities.
- Learn from the industry's best experts and develop skills in design, project management, digital transformation (BIM, AI), and risk consulting.
- Corporate consulting exposure by engaging with senior leaders and participating in strategic business discussions to deliver on client-focused solutions.
- Leadership development opportunities to build your leadership journey through workshops, coaching, and leaders' mentorship.
- Expand your career network and gain access to global industry professionals, peer learning communities, and cross-functional collaboration opportunities.
As part of the program, you will also be on a quarterly rotation schedule across the business functions and specialist domains, with the opportunity to complete one rotation outside of your base station or country.
About You:
- Graduates within the last 2 years
- 0-2 years working industry experience
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to effectively manage one's time and workload
- A developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools, and principles
